Grieving is a Kind of Loving is a mixed media, poetry, and watercolor exploration of the connection between grief and love, and the intrinsic way in which the two are linked.
This series approaches grief as a necessity in the experience of loving, something to be acknowledged, felt, and seen, instead of remaining hidden. It holds its roots in the healing that experiencing grief as a form of love can bring when we allow ourselves to “feel it all”.
